Christian Gonzalez

Managing Partner

Christian Gonzalez, managing partner, has been involved in state politics and government for nearly a decade having worked for Governor Hutchinson and Attorney General Leslie Rutledge in different front facing government relations roles.

He has spent his career consulting, lobbying, providing legislative affairs, policy advising, public affairs, or campaign management. Christian has worked numerous general assembly sessions. As a registered lobbyist, he represents clients in telecommunications, technology, trade associations, ballot issues, regulatory industries, education, energy, agriculture and campaign management.

Christian has served on several professional boards, task forces, and ex officio roles on different foundations on behalf of the Arkansas Governor.

Winston Collier

Partner

With over a decade of experience representing multi-state healthcare organizations, multinational energy companies, and financial institutions, Winston B. Collier is an attorney, consultant, and speaker specializing in government relations, communications strategy, and general counsel-level advisory services.

Winston regularly speaks to business leaders and medical groups and is frequently invited to lead high-level strategy sessions, issue-based meetings, and keynote engagements at conferences and summits. His presentations are known for inspiring teams and driving organizational impact.

He serves on the board of directors for an Arkansas-based bank and has led multiple political and judicial campaigns while advising corporations on effective government relations strategies. He was elected to the Arkansas Bar Association’s House of Delegates and has been recognized by state and local publications for his leadership in both law and community service.

Winston earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, where he was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2003. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas and completed the International Law Program at Downing College, Cambridge University. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, Mississippi and Washington, DC. He has litigated extensively in state and federal courts across the country.

Teddy Stewart

Chief Legal Counsel & Partner

Former Chief of Staff to the First Gentleman, Bryan Sanders. Under Governor Sanders, Teddy served as an advisor and liaison for Parks, Heritage, and Tourism and Game and Fish.

Before finding his way to the state capitol, Teddy practiced law at Bequette, Billingsley & Kees, P.A., a commercial litigation firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. Prior to private practice, he was a special prosecutor for the Arkansas Attorney General’s office under Leslie Rutledge where he served as a Medicaid fraud attorney and on the legislative task force. He was also a prosecutor for Pulaski County under Larry Jegley.

Teddy earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Georgia School of Law. He currently lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife and son, Emily and Miles, where they attend church at St. James. Teddy is an avid hunter, golfer, and sports fan.

Isaac Foley

Lobbyist & Partner

Isaac Foley is a Chief Political Consultant with GC Advisors. He is a registered lobbyist and leads the firms political consulting practice area where he advises candidates and political organizations at every level of government.

Isaac previously founded Six Bridges Media, which developed a MarTech stack for rural healthcare organizations across the country before acquisition by private equity.
Earlier in his career, Isaac worked in External Affairs at the International Republican Institute in Washington, D.C., where he served as an international election observer in Jordan, trained emerging political leaders across Africa in strategic communications, and supported initiatives addressing corruption and violent extremism in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and Asia.
In 2014, Isaac worked for Congressman French Hill directing field operations during his inaugural campaign. The following year, he served as Communications and Political Director for the Republican Party of Arkansas.
A native of Springdale, Arkansas, Isaac graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science where he founded the College Republicans chapter, growing it to over 400 members. He is married to Alexandra Tummons, and they split their time between Little Rock and Fayetteville with their three dogs. He is a member of Fellowship Midtown.
